Our group sessions offer the same benefits as individual coaching but with an added group dynamic. We’ve developed and maintained this key factor because it is so effective in generating high intensity.
You will still meet your goals and master functional movements, but a carefully-constructed group dynamic allows you to push yourself to continually and consistently make progress. It provides a unique level of accountability, and it also becomes the foundation of a connected and supportive community.
Group sessions are available to our members 5 days a week at various times.
Our monthly memberships vary per number of classes attended per week.
